We open employee orientation training termly to help employees  know and assimilate into the company and  as quickly as possible. It is not only introduction of company cultrue and rules, but also further discussion for technical knowledge and career planning. This meeting is to help empoyees set their career planning at the begginning of joining the enterprise. It also help empoyees set direction for their future work, to avoid making mistakes.
