In order to promote enterprise spirit， overall check every position skill level and practical ability and encourage employee to enhance specialized skills,  Zoy Home Furnishing held an One-day skill contest in July 25,2017.

In the end, we presented prizes to the top staffs at the conference

“Da Da, Ding Ding, Si si….”like a cheerful symphony, playing out Zoy employee’s proud skill, playing out Zoy employee’s devotion ,playing out Never give up idea.

There is an episode moved me a lot during the competition.

While the sewing workshop has the competition, the machine staff used is the old ones which have been debugging. However, Yingrong Zhao’s machine can‘t work perfectly. Again and again, she was almost bursting into tears. She didn’t give up and try to find a new machine to restart the competition. What she thought was to finish the cushion, to catch up others. This spirit moved Judges so that they decreased the time she wastes to show the just.
